Trailer/Reefer Mechanic
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform quality maintenance, inspections, and repairs on company trailers and/or leased trailers
- Replace or repair components on trailers
- Complete repair, work order, and related paperwork after each job
- Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting
- Operate all equipment in the repair center in a safe manner
- Keep all work areas clean
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-year previous work-related experience preferred
- Experience with Freightliner and Kenworth units
- AC certification preferred
- Must be able to work well with others
- Take direction as needed
- Must have your own tools essential to perform the job.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must comply with all OSHA safety rules and regulations
