Over-The-Road (OTR)

High miles & paid 55-65 CPM for company drivers with paid earned time off! Get paid more for your experience as a solo OTR company driver or take advantage of the best lease-purchase program in the industry as a solo OTR independent contractor with no forced dispatch. KLLM’s OTR fleet runs all 48 states minus the greater New York City area. KLLM also offers team driving OTR positions for both company drivers & independent contractors who prefer team driving with high miles.

Southeast Regional

Based out of Atlanta, and currently open to both company drivers ($1,700/week guaranteed pay option) & independent contractors, our Southeast Regional fleet keeps you closer to home with regional runs with great earnings. Independent contractors can take advantage of our very profitable shorter, regional hauls in the Southeastern states with our industry-leading lease-purchase program & company drivers have the option for guaranteed weekly minimums.

Midwest Regional

Based out of the Chicago area, and currently open to both company drivers ($1,825/week guaranteed pay option) and independent contractors, our Midwest Regional fleet checks all the boxes in keeping you closer to home with competitive pay/compensation. Independent contractors can take advantage of our very profitable shorter, regional hauls in the Midwest states with our industry-leading lease-purchase program & company drivers have the options for guaranteed weekly minimums.

Midsouth Regional

Based out of Memphis, TN. & Jackson, MS. for drivers who live within 150 miles of either location, our Midsouth Regional fleet is currently open to company drivers only & has guaranteed weekly minimum pay options of $1,700. Enjoy great home time, regional runs, and guaranteed pay options.

Dedicated

Predictable miles and dedicated lanes/freight. Whether it’s hauling dedicated freight or running dedicated lanes, KLLM has many dedicated positions around the country to fit the earnings and home time needs you desire, all within a predictable schedule.

Expedited Team Driver

High miles and running true team-freight with cross-country lanes. 100% no-touch freight & 90% drop-and-hook. With two different pay packages to choose from with guaranteed minimum weekly pay or paid earned time off, you can choose the one to fit your needs.

Intermodal

Home each night to see the family and running no more than 190 miles out from your area’s respective railhead, our local intermodal company driver positions provide great work-life balance and good earnings to drivers who live in specific metro areas of the country.

Student-Trainer

Looking to take your earnings to the next level? Pass your knowledge of the industry on to student-drivers while getting paid for both your miles AND your student-driver’s miles. Plus, earn a substantial upgrade bonus every time one of your students passes their road test and upgrades. Want to be one of the highest earners in the company? This is how. Most positions like OTR, Dedicated, and Regional are eligible to be a student-trainer.
