Sales and Leasing Coordinator

Assist in the day-to-day tasks and duties associated with managing the Sales & Leasing Department of Equipment Solutions, LLC, in Indianapolis, IN., a division of KLLM Transport Services.

Monday-Friday. Business hours. Full-time position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service to all external and internal contacts
  • First point of contact for daily customer equipment drop off & pick up
  • Assist National Account Managers and Operation Managers with all aspects of the rental/leasing process
  • Assist and eventually drive customer facing service initiatives for preventative maintenance
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable as needed
  • Maintain current, and strive to improve, paperwork flow-efficiency to meet and exceed customer demands
  • Manage vendors work quality, cost, and efficiency as they relate to operational and organizational needs
  • Daily and weekly inventory management
  • Inspect Rental and Sales equipment upon receipt and delivery; capture all necessary documentation related to asset transaction


  • Proficiency with Office 365 Suite to Include Outlook, Skype, and Cloud functionality
  • Outstanding written and oral communication
  • Basic office, computer, and network set up; i.e., printers, phones, fax, etc.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and remain focused in a distracted environment
  • Able to identify and understand components of core product, or be willing to receive training
  • Maintain courteous and helpful attitude at all times
  • Must be proficient with smartphone; rental app training provided

  • Minimum two-year degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or similar course of study; in addition to one-year experience in Customer Service, Dispatch, Commercial Maintenance/Service, or similar
  • In lieu of two-year degree, four years in Transportation, Dispatch, Logistics, Commercial Maintenance/Service, or similar
