This position combines customer service, data entry, appointment scheduling, and supporting the operations and sales group for optimal service to our customers and carriers.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for our customers. By working together with our operations and sales teams, you will provide clients with the highest level of service to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction in order to retain their business and grow their accounts.
