Driver Recruiter
This position recruits tractor-trailer truck drivers for KLLM Expedited, a division of KLLM Transport Services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit applicants for team truck drivers; primarily over the phone
- Schedule and make arrangements for drivers to report for orientation. On occasion, attend orientation or conduct portions of the orientation program
- Assemble and mail out promotional material
- Responsible for applicant data input
- Must be flexible in work hours
Qualifications:
- General knowledge of office equipment
- Working knowledge of PC and general computer use
- Ability to learn computer systems with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Organizational skills
- Highly motivated
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and team environment
- Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and conversation skills
- Self-starter; able to work independently
- Familiar with industry, state, and federal hiring requirements
- Ability to meet deadlines and make prompt decisions
- Thrives in a goal-oriented, team environment
