A skilled KLLM customer service team takes the initiative to manage all facets of your shipment from pick-up to delivery. The team analyzes your shipment and matches it with the best KLLM equipment in the area. They schedule your shipment only after learning all requirements for pick up, transit, and delivery.

KLLM cross trains all customer service personnel to assist in providing shipment status to our customers. By having all personnel cross trained for each position, our customers are assured of prompt, professional service whenever they contact us.

At KLLM, we know that business is an around-the-clock proposition. That’s why we offer after hours operations to ensure that your needs are met all day, every day.

Telematics

  • The first nationwide temperature-controlled carrier to utilize satellite communications fleet-wide
  • Tracking technology allows monitoring of the status and location of every KLLM truck at any given time
  • KLLM’s entire fleet is linked to its headquarters through the Omnitracs communication network
  • Technology provides for a two-way communication link between drivers and customer service personnel

Electronic Data Interchange

  • A valuable tool used to transmit and receive information electronically
  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) covers everything, including billing, status notification, notification of receipt of payment, bill-of-lading, load tendering, service or performance standards and third-party messaging
  • KLLM can engage in EDI with your company and offer you the potential for paperless transactions
