KLLM is
proud to work with student drivers to help you start
your career and work for an industry leader.
Students must graduate from a certified driving school with a minimum course
length of 160 hours. All students will attend orientation, and then go out with
a company trainer, before being upgraded and assigned a truck. After 6 months
of employment with the company, drivers in areas with regional fleets can be
moved into those fleets.
Many of our Million Mile drivers started with KLLM as students. Pay is $400 per
week while in training. After upgrade, base pay is as follows:

Drop Pay: |

originating pick up & final consignee

Layover Pay: |
- After the first 24 hour period.

Detention Pay: |
- $10 per hour after the first 3 hours. Up to
$100 per day.

Paid Orientation: |
- $300,
paid upon hire at the end of orientation.

Referral Bonus: |
- $1000 bonus for every lead
driver referred to and hired by KLLM.
|
Tuition Reimbursement: |
-Students that meet eligibility can receive up to $5000 in tuition reimbursement.

| Student Training Pay: |
-$57.14/day or $400/week while training
|
Vacation Pay: |
- 1 year earns 1 week
- 2 years earns 2 weeks
- 10 years earns 3 weeks |
Health Insurance: |
- Major medical, vision, prescription card, and dental coverage available for individual or family.

401(k): |
- Matching contribution 401(k)
after 6 months of employment and fully vested
after 3 years. |
