Mr. Richards has over 26 years experience in the trucking industry and serves as the Company’s President & CEO. Mr. Richards has held various positions during his tenure at KLLM. Prior to becoming President & CEO, he served as KLLM’s Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Richards holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Mr. Liles has been with KLLM over 35 years and has served in a wide variety of positions during his career.

Prior to joining KLLM, Mr. Liles attended Mississippi State University, Millsaps College and is a veteran of the United States Armed Forces.

Mr. Thornton has been with KLLM for 2 years and came to KLLM with 10 years of financial experience in the lubricants distribution and transportation industries. He was Director of Finance for three years at Windward Petroleum and prior to that, Chief Financial Officer for Total Transportation for 7 years.

Mr. Thornton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Mr. Carpenter has over 25 years in the trucking industry and serves as Vice President of Operations. Prior to becoming Vice President, he served as Director of Customer Service.

Mr. Carpenter holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Mississippi College.

Mr. Tallant has over 24 years of experience in the trucking industry and is currently responsible for the company’s relationship with key customers and management of Terminals and Regional Operations. Mr. Tallant has held various positions in both Operations and Sales and Marketing prior to his current position.

Mr. Tallant holds a B.S. degree in Banking and Finance from Mississippi State University.

Mr. Blankenship has over 29 years in the transportation industry, the last 24 with KLLM. He has held numerous positions while at KLLM and is currently responsible for the Company’s Lease Purchase Program, Driver Recruiting, and Logistics.

Mr. Blankenship attended Pearl River Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi.

Mr. Risinger has over 25 years of experience in the trucking Industry and serves as KLLM’s Vice President of Safety and Risk Management.  Mr. Risinger has also served as Director of Safety and Director of Terminal and Regional Operations.

Mr. Risinger holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Banking and Finance from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Mr. Schott has over 20 years of trucking industry experience and is currently responsible for the company’s equipment maintenance facilities. Prior to joining KLLM, Mr. Schott worked as an Information Technology Consultant for Conway Consulting and as an Information Technology Consultant for Andersen Consulting.

Mr. Schott holds a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Mr. Szabo has been with KLLM for five years and has over 30 years of Human Resources experience in consumer products, truck, aerospace, and electrical distribution manufacturing.

Mr. Szabo holds a MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a B.S. in Business from Central Michigan University.

Mr. Morris has been with KLLM for 3 years as Vice President of MIS.  Prior to that, he spent four years with Swift Transportation as a consultant and IT Project Manager.  Previously, Mr. Morris was with KLLM as a Senior Programmer Analyst for over seven years.

Mr. Morris has an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Southeast College of Technology.

Ms. Gunter has 30 years of experience in Accounting with 11 of those at KLLM, where she currently serves as Controller. Prior to that, Ms. Gunter worked in the poultry industry for 18 years as a cost accounting manager and production analyst.

Ms. Gunter holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Belhaven University.
